The master’s thesis in microbiology at the Faculty of Medicine, Karbala University discussed the course of seroconcentration of protein antibody levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, which included the thesis submitted by the researcher (Zahra Qasem Ali Muhammad), which carried the title “evaluation of the role of seroconcentration of antibodies levels to carburetor protein, protein 14-3-3 Aeta and phosphate double-specificity protein XI in the diagnosis and severity of the disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis”
The aim of the study was to assess serum levels of antibodies to carburetor protein, 14-3-3aeta and disodium phosphate specificity XI in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, both serum-positive and serum-negative, and healthy people to determine the severity of the disease and the regularity of treatment.
The study also found the presence of statistical significance of antibodies to carburetor protein, 14-3-3A and dispecific phosphate XI in the seronegative group compared to the seronegative group at a probability value of less than (0.05), and in regular therapeutic cases compared to irregular at a probability value of less than (0.05), when compared with standard tests, namely the rheumatoid factor and antibodies to the anti-citrulline peptide, where they were statistically significant in the at a probabilistic value less than (0.01), and in irregular therapeutic cases at a probabilistic value less than (0.01).
