The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, confirmed the work on integrated stages of professional development and the development of the research environment in academic institutions.

This was stated in his speech at the University of Baghdad during the graduation ceremony of the sixty-sixth course marked by a raft.The short one.He said that the graduation of this constellation carries everyone an additional responsibility associated with maintaining the academic reputation of this ancient institution, in which scientists, teachers, researchers and students have spent decades of work, commitment and creativity.

He explained that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research is working on integrated stages of professional development and the development of the research environment in order to give the necessary impetus to universities, their faculties, branches, departments and centers in the fields of scientific giving and the production of scientific research and positive results in international rankings and comprehensions.

The graduation events included a speech by the president of the University, Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, who reviewed the indicators of scientific achievement of the University of Baghdad and its colleges in the field of scientific publishing and international rankings, while the ceremony witnessed the chanting of the University oath and the decrees granting diplomas to graduates.

The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, concluded the graduation events by honoring the first students and renewed the commitment of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research to support graduates who have been armed with knowledge tools, completed their university career and are close to entering the work environment and starting tasks and responsibilities.
