Prof. Dr. (Ali Abd al-Hussein al-Janabi), a lecturer in the Microbiology Branch, College of Medicine, University of Karbala, published a scientific research entitled Evaluation of Aminoacetophenoneoxime derivatives of oxime Schiff bases as a new antimicrobial agent in the World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology affiliated to Scopus and evaluated by the same Q2. Impact factor 4,25 The research evaluated the microbial activity of four chemical compounds synthesized for the first time, and the results showed the effectiveness of some compounds on bacteria and fungi, while others are effective against bacteria only.
