The first about the foundations of evaluation and measurement deals with the basics of evaluation and the means required to ensure the credibility of the results of exams and tests. As well as about the practical assessment and the OSCII exam, its characteristics, mechanisms and principles.
As for the second lecture:
She talked about evidence-based medicine and the importance of scientific research and its role in finding evidence in various medical and educational fields
