It included an introductory explanation by the programme’s author, Prof. Dr. Ali Tariq, defining the nature of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is a common type of modern psychotherapy based on evidence that embodies the organic, systemic relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior.

A person is a system of ideas that are activated during various daily situations, producing feelings and behaviors according to the type of idea that was raised.

In cognitive-behavioral therapy, the client works in an active collaborative manner with the psychotherapist, who can be a psychiatrist, psychologist, mental health nurse, or someone who has been professionally trained in this type of therapy.

The most important objectives of the combined course (both physical and electronic) is to master the skills and tools of cognitive behavioral therapy and apply them in our personal and professional lives in order to ensure a happier and more peaceful life.
