In the Family and Community Medicine Branch of the College of Medicine, University of Karbala, a dissertation was discussed for a higher diploma student in the Family and Community Medicine branch, Doctor (Wurud Mahdi Abd), on knowledge and attitudes towards Covid-19 vaccines, under the title (Knowledge, attitude and vaccination status for Covid-19 vaccines in the city of Karbala , 2022)
The aim of the study was to assess knowledge and attitude towards COVID-19 vaccines and to determine the acceptance rate of the vaccine in adults.
The study concluded that about two-thirds of the participants in the study had good knowledge and more than half of the participants had a good attitude towards vaccines with their association with some demographic factors. The rate of acceptance of vaccines was good among the participants.
