وجرى اللقاء بحضور المعاون العلمي الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور مهند يحيى المحنا، ومدير تسجيل الكلية المدرس الدكتور مرتضى عبدالله عبود، إلى جانب مسؤول متابعة شؤون المواطنين في الكلية المدرس المساعد منى علي حسين.

وتضمنت الزيارة مناقشة سبل تطوير آليات العمل المشترك بين الكلية ورئاسة الجامعة، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بمتابعة معاملات شؤون المواطنين والطلبة، والعمل على تسريع إنجازها وفق السياقات الإدارية المعتمدة. كما تم التأكيد على أهمية التنسيق المستمر بين الجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان انسيابية الإجراءات وتقليل المعوقات التي قد تواجه المراجعين.

وأكد عميد الكلية خلال اللقاء حرص عمادة الكلية على دعم جهود مكتب شؤون المواطنين، وتوفير البيئة الإدارية الملائمة التي تسهم في تقديم خدمات نوعية تتسم بالدقة والشفافية، مشدداً على ضرورة الالتزام بالقوانين والتعليمات النافذة بما يضمن حفظ حقوق جميع الأطراف.

من جانبها، أشادت مديرة مكتب شؤون المواطنين بالتعاون الذي تبديه كلية الطب، مؤكدة أهمية استمرار التواصل والتكامل بين مفاصل الجامعة المختلفة بما يسهم في تعزيز ثقة المواطنين بالمؤسسات الأكاديمية وتحقيق المصلحة العامة.

وتأتي هذه الزيارة ضمن سلسلة من الجولات التفقدية التي تنفذها رئاسة جامعة كربلاء لمتابعة واقع الأداء الخدمي في الكليات، والعمل على تطويره بما ينسجم مع متطلبات المرحلة الحالية ويعزز جودة الخدمات المقدمة.

The workshop was presented by Ms. Huda Thair Abdul-Razzaq, Executive Director of Digital Transformation in the Technology Sector and currently Planning Manager at Key Card Company.

During the workshop, she shared her experience in the private sector and offered students practical advice on developing professional skills, preparing early for the job market, and the importance of strategic career planning in the technology sector.

The session was moderated by Professor Elaf Ali Hussein, who emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between academic institutions and the private sector, and empowering students, especially female students, to acquire the skills that qualify them to compete and achieve an active presence in various sectors.

The meeting, convened at the request of the Minister of Higher Education and attended by the Minister of Education, the Deputy Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, senior officials from both ministries, the Head of the Advisory Board, and the Executive Director of the Higher Committee for Education Development in Iraq, concluded with several recommendations, including:

▪ Establishing an operations room to communicate with educational institutions and make appropriate decisions.

▪ Granting the relevant minister the authority to suspend classes based on developments.

▪ Adopting a system to compensate for days lost due to forced closures to complete educational requirements during the summer break.

▪ Urging students to attend classes normally at this time.

The attendees concluded by emphasizing that protecting students and educational staff is a top priority, and that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Education will review the challenges facing the education and higher education sectors in light of regional circumstances.
