The Governor of the Holy City of Karbala, Engineer Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi, announced a local holiday for all schools in the governorate on Sunday and Monday, noting that discussions will be held with the Ministry of Education and the Director General of Education regarding school attendance in the coming days.
