Master’s thesis at the University of Karbala discussing the predominance of anti-alkalidin antibodies in women

The College of Medicine at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis on medical microbiology
The master’s thesis entitled (The Predominance of Anti-Aclidin Antibodies and the Glutagonin Drive in Women With Vaginal Candidiasis and Its Relationship with Celiac Disease) by the student (Maytham Jassim Muhammad Al-Mousawi) included five chapters and received the degree of distinction.
The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the ability of Candida fungi to stimulate the production of antigens used to diagnose IBD
The results of the study showed the measurement of both types of anti-cladins (IgA, IgG) and anti-transglutaminase IgA evening results between the groups of patients and the control, while the results of the anti-cladins of the type IgA were positive with high concentrations in 4 patients (8%) and the average concentrations of this antibody held 7 patients. (14%), and that the ages of the four patients who were treated with cyclidine type A antagonists were divided between two patients aged 24-32 years (4%) and the other two patients were individually distributed between the age group 15-23 years and the age of 33-41 years, and the rest 78% of the negative results of clidin antibiotics, their frequency was high in the age group 15-23 years (32%) and the group 24-32 years (26%).
