The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, received a delegation from University College London (University College London).
The meeting, which was attended by Professor Eleanor Robson and representatives of the Nahrain network and the British Council in Baghdad, included a presentation of the ways of coordination with universities on the formulation of joint scientific cooperation programs.
The minister of Education stressed the readiness of Iraqi university institutions to exchange experiences and programs that will support the areas of development and training that will benefit the environment of higher education and scientific research in Iraq.
In turn, the members of the visiting delegation reviewed the possibilities of bilateral cooperation with Iraqi universities, especially in the historical and archaeological disciplines that mark the ancient cultural identity of the Republic of Iraq.
