The Faculty of Medicine, Karbala University, under the chairmanship of the dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Riyad dhayhoud al-Zubaidi, held medical workshops on the formation of committees for groups of college students and graduates to discuss joint work during the forty-first visit, under the supervision of Dr. Ashwaq Ali teaching at the faculty.
The workshops aimed at treating emergency injuries, medical examination and addressing the health problems of visitors, which are concerned with emergency medicine, as well as emergency surgical intervention, God forbid, in the event of an accident .
For her part, Dr. Ashwaq confirmed that the most common injuries that occur are either cases of stampede leading to suffocation or surgical injuries that need intervention by a doctor ،
The chronic health problems of the elderly also have a big and important aspect that falls on the shoulders of medical teams and roving detachments to serve the visitors of Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him).
