The College of Medicine holds an accredited workshop in cooperation with the Imami International Medical Organization

Within its continuous endeavor to develop and advance the educational process, medical and academic realities and follow-up developments in this field, the Faculty of Medicine of Karbala University, in cooperation with the International Medical Front Organization and with the participation of specialized professors from the United Kingdom and Pakistan, holds an accredited workshop (medical education and professors’ capacity building) for the period from 8-14 September 2019 with 5 training days, which include several axes: – developments in curriculum development – professionalism, leadership, and quality assessment – teaching and education strategies – evaluation and exams in medical education – medical research and publishing knowing that the participants M group of professors in the Faculty of Medicine and specialty doctors are also being coordinated to hold successive workshops on the same topic to keep up with innovations and the inclusion of the largest number of teachers concerned. The College of Medicine concludes a workshop on (Medical Education and Capacity Building for Professors)
On Saturday 9/14/2019, the College of Medicine concluded the training workshop ((on medical education and building the capabilities of professors)) organized by the College of Medicine in cooperation with the Imamiya International Organization that lasted for five days, in which specialized professors from the United Kingdom and Pakistan participated.

The workshop aims at the continuous endeavor of the college to develop the competence and experience of professors from the college’s teaching staff to perform the teaching and educational process in the best quality and develop their capabilities and the advancement of the educational process and the medical and academic reality and follow-up developments in this field .. This course included several axes which are:
Developments in the development of professional leadership curricula and quality assessment, teaching and teaching strategies, evaluation and examinations in medical education, medical research and publishing
Note that the participants who numbered 40 participants ”(they are a group of professors of the Faculty of Medicine and Specialized Doctors). Coordination is also underway to hold successive workshops on the same topic to keep pace with the innovations and include the largest number of professors involved.
