Special Instructions for the integrated curriculum
In accordance with the instructions of the medical colleges that follow the integrated approach and pursuant to administrative order 953 on 1/3/2017 attached to administrative order 132 on 10/1/2017 which includes the formation of the committee of quality assurance calendar in the college to study and implementation of the annex exam instructions for the integrated curriculum and the amount of the faculty book No. (25390 on 26/4/2016) by Mr. Hamish, Chairman of the Committee of Deans of Iraqi Medical Colleges and attached to the book No. (2000 dated 27/3/2016) issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up

It was decided
The system of study in the college is the annual system for the stages (second, third and fourth)
The study system for the first stage is comprehensive (quarterly + yearly)
The study system is for the fifth and sixth stage in the form of clinical courses
The graduation examination shall be at the end of the sixth year, including all courses for the fifth and sixth years and some selected topics from the first stage.
Increasing the number of construction exams for the purpose of following up the student’s achievement, reforming his academic career and developing his cognitive abilities.
The weekly exam is canceled and replaced by the Structural Examination (TBL).
The medical education unit is responsible for conducting the weekly construction exam in terms of preparing questions in coordination with the professors of materials for each week and attendance of all the teachers of the week (TBL)
The attendance of TBL shall be compulsory for all students. Students shall not be entitled to take the final exam for the year in the event that the percentage of absenteeism exceeds 10% and according to the implementing instructions
The final exam of the written unit shall be after the end of each individual unit
For the 12 – week contingent, the Oscars and Oscars will be at the end of the unit
For the rest of the modules, the OSCE + OSPE exam will be for two units at a time
The degree of pursuit is 20% and the share of each unit of study shall be calculated according to the number of weeks of study and the educational outputs, both or one of them. The average of the student’s achievement in the theoretical, educational and mathematical examinations for all units in that year
The final grade for the end-of-unit examinations will be as follows (written exam 60% – OSPE 10% exam – 30% clinical exam)
The student shall take a final final exam for all units of study in the year and his share shall be 80% of the grade of the year.
The final grade for the end-of-year examinations will be as follows (written exam 50% – OSPE exam 15% – OSCE exam 35%
Determine the number of stations in the Academy according to the objectives of each unit and the number of weeks
The Osaka test will be on the same day to test the application all on the same stations
The Committee shall determine the number of stations to be successful for each exam and any of the stations where success is a prerequisite for passing the exam

The Curriculum Committee of the College announces the basic and practical skills of Mastery skills and how they are distributed between the years of study.

The practical and performance skills exam depends on the performance of the skill in full proficiency and is carried out in three trials. The exam is tested with the unit end exam and is considered a binding condition for the final exam.
The Skills and Basic Skills Committee provides the Medical Education Unit with the results of all the students two weeks before the end of the year
A faculty is formed to determine the behavioral and professional rules that must be characterized by the graduate doctor
Behavior and professional behavior contrary to the rules of conduct is a reason for not participating in the examination of any unit of study as well as the annual final exam.
Successful completion of the PBL – Portfolio is a mandatory requirement for participation in the final exams for the year and is not determined in the qualifying exam.
(The student’s success in the continuous evaluation and the bag of achievements (PBL, PORTFOLIO)) on the condition of satisfactory completion and according to a standardized evaluation model for PBL, PORTFOLIO to be announced by the Medical Education Unit
The Medical Education Unit provides the student feedback on their performance in the ongoing assessment and the student’s case with the end of each unit
The satisfactory completion depends on the student passing the unit with the optional subjects and does not determine the grades within the qualifying exam
The daily on-site assessment shall be mandatory for performance as a mandatory construction assessment for the student’s entry into the final qualifying examinations and shall be within the student’s bag and shall not be determined in the examination.
The Quality Assurance Committee shall issue a standard model for the on-site evaluation, which shall be circulated to all the professors for compliance. The success of the on-site evaluation shall be based on satisfactory completion.
Clinical branches provide the Medical Education Unit with reports that meet the request for on-site evaluation two weeks before the end of the year exam
The minimum success score is 50 degrees, based on the calculation of the standard standard for all subjects, units and the college. The adoption of a certain number of correct answers in the written examination is a condition for success.
The Quality Assurance Committee calculates the standard of success for the exams before and after the tests according to the international methods followed
Success in the theoretical exam and the clinical exam is considered a prerequisite for success in final qualifying examinations.
Students who retract the exam (second round) in the same format and forms of the first round.
Students are exempted from the written or secret examination
