An international scientific journal selects two teachers from the University of Kerbala to write a medical scientific article on respiratory diseases in Iraq

Within an official invitation addressed to a teaching cadre in the medicine branch of our college by a discreet scientific journal with an international classification for international publication and for the purpose of writing a scientific article representing the Republic of Iraq, has chosen (Respirolog) magazine and headed by its editor Professor Philip Baden teaching from the Faculty of Medicine and from the pharmaceutical branch Assistant Professor Haider Abdul-Amir Najm Al-Mudhafar, and teacher Noha Muhammad Salih Al-Zobaie, to write a scientific article about the progress that Iraq is witnessing in the field of respiratory medicine for the purpose of publishing in the magazine under the title (Message from Iraq).
This choice came after the editorial staff of this journal was briefed on the scientific and research biography and the scientific level of several Iraqi researchers at the level of Iraq. Accepting the invitation The article was submitted and accepted for publication in the magazine.
The article examined the reality of bronchial asthma in children in Iraq and the pioneering experience of the medical team in the Karbala Teaching Hospital for Children in cooperation with the branches of Pediatrics and Medicines in the College of Medicine after the creation of a specialized clinic to treat bronchial asthma in children, which is the first of its kind in Iraq, and it is worth noting that these The magazine is a journal that specializes in publishing research related to respiratory medicine and holds an advanced classification (first quarter introduction) in the Scopus container with a CiteScore publication scale of (3.15) for the year 2018 and an impact factor of 4.7 for 2019
